Break Out the Ice Skates!

Yesterday morning I noticed that our sprinkler-created puddle was frozen over! It's been below freezing in the morning all week. I've been bundling up before going out, but this morning I actually wished I had gloves. Too bad my ice skates are in storage, or I could have practiced my spins!

They'd have to be very tight spins. But you have grass to soften any falls.

Oh...my...god... But how hot does it get during the day? That's the thing about desert weather--there can be a difference of like 40 degrees in one day. That's one thing I liked about NY--if it starts out in the 40s, it pretty much stays there. None of this layering crap we gotta do...

If i remember correctly, you aren't the best ice skater in the world. BTW does your hip still hurt or is it better?
